Energy Performance Certificates for Landlords - Timetable
As from 1st August 2007, the UK HIP programme has started. In future, property sales in England and Wales will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or an optional HCR home condition report.
Commercial building owners and occupiers, together with social housing registered social landlords (RSL's) e.g. Housing Associations across England & Wales will be required to meet the deadlines set out below.
